Born in central Texas, December of 1995, I have been creating since I was a child, often relying on artistic expression as not only my comfort but my superpower. Currently attending UNT in my junior year, I have explored drawing and painting, ceramic, metal-smithing, and material play. Through these explorations I have been admiring mixed media practices, drawing with painting, sculpture on flat surfaces, and providing depth with visual texture. I enjoy themes of relationships, individualism, and memory. I find comfort in repetition and the acceptance of self through portraiture and dialogue. I believe in the human experience.
